Believe it or not, there is still a path to victory for Kamala Harris. And just like this election proved to be, it’s a long shot.
And no, it does not involve storming the Capital. That feature image is just there to remind us of who Donald Trump really is.
I don’t want to ignore the 14th amendment, but SCOTUS has already shot a hole in the constitution on that one. What I want to bring up here is the last line of defense as intended by our founding fathers with the electoral college.
SCOTUS injected risk in their immunity decision for the president:
“Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority,”
“And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts.”
Article III, section 2 and 3 of the US Constitution states:
The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
So SCOTUS has left it up to interpretation as to what is “constitutional authority” and “official acts”. The risk being that the founders were at least trying to ensure that even the executives of the executive branch can be impeached and prosecuted for “high crimes and misdemeanors”. However we are left to interpret what are “high crimes and misdemeanors”. Since this has to do with the safety and security of the United States we should take it more literally; if a president commits crimes even as trivial as misdemeanors in this context, said president can and should be prosecuted and impeached. Especially when said executive is a clear and present danger to the United States, under foreign influence, a demagouge, or a populist with no discernable sense of honor and duty to America. Donald’s focus has alwasy been Donald and he desn’t even understand why anyone would risk thier life to protect America. Donald Trump is a career criminal and should be in prison, as far away from teh White House as possible.
Regarding the Electoral College as a safeguard: I’ve written about this in the past and yes it’s not impossible… but depending on the electors who are not bound, but merely pledged, they can vote ‘faithless’.

And it doesn’t really matter that Kamala is not the perfect candidate and did not know how to explain everything correctly. That’s not as important as ensuring a man that bankrupted multiple companies, convicted of sexual assault/rape, convicted of fraud. Let’s not forget Trump organization (and essentially double our national debt in his first term), has been nailed on tax evasion, fraud, money laundering et cetera. Despite the thousands of Americans he has ripped off and forced into bankruptcy he won the popular vote and the electoral college.
In truth, we always want an honest person in the White House that is ethical and moral. Relying on a criminal to run our country just has ‘bad idea’ written all over it.
But the electoral college has a duty to the constitutional intent and the constitutional conventions intent to ensure the electors are ‘independent thoughtful voters’ that carefully deliberate on three specific issues:
- Is the candidate elect under foreign influence?
- Is the candidate elect a demagogue?
- Is the candidate elect a populist?
The electoral college in its original design intent was elegant and fair. It enabled more power to smaller states so they could have a greater voice in a presidential election. It also was designed to be a stop gap to prevent a populist demagogue that is subject to foreign influence from taking over the government.
The duty of the electors, as ‘intended’ in its design was that three critical factors were to be watched for. If a presidential candidate crossed any of these critical lines, the electors had a duty to vote ‘faithless’. That is to reject the candidate and move their vote to a safer path for America.
The red flag factors include the following:
Any candidate that is under foreign influence.
Foreign Influence: noun
the power to shape policy or ensure favorable treatment from someone, especially through status, contacts, or wealth: Vladimir Putin has considerable influence on Donald Trump.
- – Donald Trump had demonstrated his admiration of authoritarians.

- Trump is talking about a national crypto stockpile. There are multiple risks:
- Crypto is not guaranteed by the US government, yet.
- If the US does guarantee it it is likely to lead to the bankruptcy of America.
- Crypto is based on the availability of excess liquidity.
- The liquidity, will likely be dried up due to Trumps proposed policies including him getting rid of the fed combined with Donald ‘thinking’ he is n economic genius (He is NOT, he is the king of bankruptcy though.)
- Trumps tariffs will drive up inflation
- Trumps willingness to liberally flood the system with cash as he did in 2020 will drive up inflation.
- Crypto has way to many risks to be relied upon as a value unit.
Trumps policies are designed to fail based on what we already see from what he is claiming. If he goes through with it, and it looks like he will, America, its people and lady liberty will pay for it with her life and our ability to survive. Essentially it will result in a level of anarchy that is hard to fathom. We can hope he won’t blow up our economy, but that does not change the fact that he is a bankruptcy machine.
Any candidate that capitalizes on demagoguery.
Demagogue: noun
political activity or practices that seek support by appealing to the desires and prejudices of ordinary people rather than by using rational argument: the demagoguery of political opportunists.
Any candidate that capitalizes on populist (appeal to emotion) arguments.
Populist: noun
a person, especially a politician, who strives to appeal to ordinary people who feel that their concerns are disregarded by established elite groups: he ran as a populist on an anticorruption platform.
Boiled down this means if the candidacy relies more on any one of the above factors the elector has a duty to reject that candidate and vote ‘faithless’ to preserve Americas integrity and protect the people of the United States from the dangers actions of such an individual.
Trump fails on three of the above points:
Trump has already claimed he trusts Vladimir Putin more than our own intelligence services.
Trump has already sought support by appealing to the desires and prejudices of ordinary people rather than by using rational argument. Using immigrants as folk devils. Saying democrats and media are enemies of the people…
Trump has already demonstrated he relies on lies to appeal to ordinary people that feel disregarded by elitist groups.
And Trump is clearly in bed under the covers with elitists, and authoritarians.
A note to those that voted for Trump:
Trump is not your president, he’s only the guy you voted for. Trump cares about Trump first, then his family members that are loyal to him, then, to those others that are loyal to him. But if you voted for freedom and liberty with Trump. You will wake up to the reality as this all unfolds… unless the electors do their obligatory duty and vote ‘faithless’ to preserve the integrity of the United States of America
The risks with Trump:
- Installing loyalists in every aspect of his administration with no safeguards.
- Selling out our intelligence services, even selling out the names of CIA informants in other countries as I suspect Jared already did in Trumps first term, when in early November 2017, nearly 400 of Saudi Arabia’s most powerful people, among them princes, tycoons and ministers, were rounded up and detained in the Ritz-Carlton hotel, in what became the biggest and most contentious purge in the modern kingdom’s history. Ask yourself, how did they get the names of those individuals, while Jared was in charge of relation s with MBS.
- Intending to purge government employees by reinstitution of Schedule ‘F’.
- Trumps plan to end the war in Ukraine looks like, at the moment, to give away the part of the country that Russia already invaded and force Ukraine to agree not to join NATO.
- more to come…
Economic Risks:
- Current inflation, as we pointed out in our 20204 voter guide, was caused by the massive monetary injection Trump did during Covid during his first administration. Europe, was much more conservative than Trumps way too liberal injection which was 300% plus more money than we had pre-covid.
- There is now way Trump can lower the inflation everyone is concerned about because to do so, he would have to put the country in recession, and he wont do that.
- Instead, he plans to get rid of the Fed and be in charge of economic policy himself, at least that is the current indication. He will likely favor liberal economic policy that will increase inflation. Because he really does not know what he is doing.
What if Kamala trained her war chest, or if ‘someone else’ trained their money at educating the republican electors regarding their obligatory duty?
Imagine this: instead of using millions of dollars to target millions of people what if she trained all that potential to targeting 312 people.
- This would be like the ‘Miracle on Ice’ in 1980.
- Or the ‘Miracle on the Hudson’ in 2009.
It’s not ‘Stop the Steal’ it’s more like stop the Trumpocalypse.
Kamala still has a war chest. But really anyone that has the means and can help inform the electors of thier obligation and duty to the principles of the intent of ‘faithless’ voting to protect America really needs to stop up right now.
